End User Agreement

Analytix Pro is an AI-assisted finance review and risk detection platform. It reviews ledger data you upload or connect, highlights anomalies and risks, and produces reports, forecasts, commentary and recommendations. We may change or improve features over time; we will not materially reduce paid functionality during a paid term without notice.

You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for your organisation. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping credentials secure, and for all activity under your workspace. Tell us immediately at support@analytixpro.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access.

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe.
• Free trials convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial unless cancelled beforehand.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

You keep all rights to the financial data and files you provide. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transmit and analyse that data solely to deliver the service to you and as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the authority to provide the data, including any personal data it contains.

Where you connect a third-party platform such as Xero or QuickBooks, you authorise us to access the data covered by the permissions you approve. Access is read-only: we do not write to, alter or delete records in your accounting platform. Your use of those platforms remains governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or actions. You may revoke access at any time.

Findings, scores, commentary, forecasts and recommendations are generated with the assistance of AI models and may be incomplete or incorrect. They are provided for information only and are not accounting, audit, tax, legal or financial advice, and not a substitute for professional judgement or statutory audit. The service may suggest actions, priorities and options — that is general informational guidance produced by software, not a professional engagement, and it does not create an adviser-client relationship. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before acting on it or filing anything based on it.

Analytix Pro is a software provider. We are not a firm of accountants, auditors or tax advisers, not a member firm of ICAEW, ACCA, AAT or any other professional accountancy body, and not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Nothing in the service creates a client relationship of the kind you would have with a regulated professional adviser, and no engagement letter, assurance engagement or statutory audit is being performed.

The service does not provide investment advice, credit broking, insurance distribution, tax filing or any other regulated activity. Where output touches on filings, tax positions, going concern, solvency or funding, you must obtain advice from an appropriately qualified and, where relevant, regulated professional before acting.

You must not:

• Upload data you have no right to provide, or data of a type the service is not intended for.
• Attempt to access another organisation's workspace, or probe, scan or breach our security.
• Reverse engineer, resell, sublicence or white-label the service without written agreement.
• Use the service to build a competing product, or to scrape it at scale.
• Use the service unlawfully or to infringe anyone's rights.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is scheduled to minimise disruption. Support is provided by email at support@analytixpro.co.uk during UK business hours; higher tiers may include faster response commitments as described on our pricing page.

We own the platform, its software, models, prompts, branding and documentation. Nothing in this agreement transfers those rights to you. Feedback you send us may be used freely to improve the service.

Each party will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only as needed to perform this agreement.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of business or loss of anticipated savings. Our total aggregate liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the service or from data you provided without the right to do so.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, breach of this agreement, or where required by law — with notice wherever reasonably possible. On termination you can export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted within 90 days.

If you join our partner or affiliate programme, commission is earned only on subscription payments that are actually received and retained by us, and is reversed on refunds, chargebacks or fraudulent sign-ups. Commission is paid in arrears once the payout threshold is met. Self-referrals, bidding on our brand terms, spam, misleading earnings or product claims, and unauthorised use of our branding are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of commission and removal from the programme. We may vary commission rates on notice, with existing referrals honoured at the previous rate for the then-current billing period.

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet or hosting provider failures, outages at accounting platforms or AI providers, cyber attack, power failure, industrial action, epidemic or act of government.

You may not assign this agreement without our written consent. We may assign it to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, on notice to you. We use the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy to deliver the service and remain responsible for their performance.

Notices to us should be sent to support@analytixpro.co.uk; notices to you are sent to the email address on your account. If something goes wrong, email us and we will acknowledge within two business days and aim to resolve within 30 days. Both parties will try in good faith to resolve any dispute informally before starting proceedings.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues in force. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. This agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any order form, is the entire agreement between us and replaces any earlier understanding. Nothing here creates a partnership, joint venture or employment relationship. Except where stated, no one other than you and us has any right to enforce these terms.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to account owners by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the update.

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
