Common questions
Does this replace my accounting system?
No. Analytix Pro sits alongside Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, Dynamics, NetSuite or plain spreadsheets and reviews the numbers those systems produce. Nothing is posted back to your ledger.
How long does setup actually take?
About ten minutes. A four-step wizard walks you through picking your finance role, describing the business, uploading your first file and inviting the team.
What can I try in the free trial?

Is my financial data safe?
Files live in a private, workspace-scoped store with row-level isolation, and your data is not used to train foundation models. The Trust Centre sets out the detail.
Can more than one person use it?
Yes. Invite your team by email with owner, admin or member permissions, plus a finance role that tailors what each person sees.
What if we have several companies?
The Scale plan adds multi-entity support with consolidation and multi-currency presentation. Extra entities and seats can also be added to any plan.
